The highest mountain in the Lubuskie Lake District is located in the Sulęcin Municipality.
Bukowiec is the highest hill in the Lubuskie Lake District. It raises 227 m above sea level. The difference in height between the hill top and the lakes situated in the neighbouring tunnel valley exceeds 120 m. Such height differences are quite unique in the Polish lowlands. A blue cycling route and a blue hiking trail lead to the hill top through beautiful beech forests.
Gorajec (224 m above sea level) located next to Bukowiec, is the second largest hill in the Łagowsko – Sulęciński Landscape Park. Although Gorajec is smaller than Bukowiec, it is more difficult to climb it. A black hiking trail leads to the top along a steep slope.
